The Pilot Project is called A1’s Volunteer2Work scheme and aim’s to offer the 1st 10 successful candidates a chance to win a 6 month work training placement at A1 Positive Recycling after completing the Online Survey Form to be selected for an interview for the pilot scheme.
The candidates will then be chosen to attend an interview to be selected to run and manage the pilot scheme over a 6 month period this will be based in Exeter, Devon.Those who will benefit from the pilot scheme are the general public, families, companies PLC’s, SME’s, public and private sector, the local and wider economy, the local environment, other non-profit’s and local charities.
A1 have also been contacting Computer Suppliers and local businesses with a view to gaining official sponsorship A1 will be contacting businesses throughout Exeter & Devon from all over the South West.
I have spoken to Andrew Lightfoot and am a bit clearer now. Obviously anyone can apply to FJF through the web link (below), but if you have under 30 employees you need to be part of a partnership. He says he is unable to help me any further in joining a partnership, but there is no reason why you can’t help me to form a partnership with other social enterprises or private businesses, in the recycling sector or whatever.
