I work as an associate of the Rickter Company which is a motivational assessment tool which can be used to measure soft outcomes and distance travelled towards development Goals.

I am looking to adapt the tool to work with Trustees and Trustee Boards and am developing a frame of reference that will require 10 core attributes / skills / capabilities that Trustees ought to have.

I have a number of ideas but would be grateful for any thoughts on what should be included.
