Qualifications and learning
From the available research about the skills needs of the voluntary sector, we have identified four priority areas that require skills development for charities and social enterprises to meet the challenges of the next three years: governance and leadership; skills for business; volunteer management; measuring effectiveness and impact.
In this section you can find more information about some of the different ways that you can learn new skills,
particularly in the four priority areas, from accredited qualifications to more informal learning routes.
