We are the national reference point for the research, known as Labour Market Intelligence, on the people who work and volunteer in voluntary organisations and the skills that they need. We work strategically with national organisations including government, skills bodies and other voluntary sector organisations to influence national skills policy and demonstrate why skills matter to our sector. We track and publish the latest policy developments that affect skills.
